About Me

My photo
Warrior of Light Online When he learns to handle his sword, he discovers that his equipment has to be complete – and that includes armor. He goes out to look for armor and hears what some vendors propose to him. "Wear the breast-plate of solitude," says one. "Wear the shield of cynicism," answers another. "The best armor is not to get involved in anything," suggests a third. The warrior, however, does not listen to them. He goes serenely to his sacred place and dons the indestructible cloak of faith. Faith softens all blows. Faith changes poison into crystal-clear water. His angel whispers to him: "Yield everything." The warrior kneels down and offers his victories to God.

12 - 19 Apr 2009 (pasko ng pagkabuhay)

Forgot to post this last week.
We had a fire drill - so fire exit it is for us -
from the 35th floor *aray*

Ge visits.
Rapid crossfire begins.
Ang daldal natin Ge!

Maligayang pasko ng pagkabuhay!!

Picture-taking during easter after mass with the AMK choir.

Saw this sign posted on an office door.
Hmmm...should print one for the office ;p

On our way to gluttons bay on Friday while walking through esplanade,
this orchestra looked very interesting.
Naturally, I got curious so I went for a closer look.

The instrument's Chinese name is hard to pronounce.
So I will not attempt to even type it.
It looks like a harp on a table.

Mother and son.
Lot and Andrei at gluttons bay.

with Jodie!
Youth worker from Pinas.

While at the MRT station.

Served this weekend at a Youth Retreat at Salvation Army.
"Come Follow Me" - Call to discipleship.

Having fun and games with the kids.

This looks like a magic trick c/o Kuya Raoul!

At the girl's room!

The giraffe looked real.

Kuya Abyong and Kuya Raoul led the retreat.
Felt very blessed to have these two brothers here.
I felt like I was doing the retreat myself.

Lord's Day.

My heart felt very young again.
Seriously.
As in 14-year old young again.
I woke up early on Sunday to catch the sunrise from our room
in the retreat house.

How beautiful the sun felt like on my face.

Here comes Nicole as the toilet paper bridesmaid.

And here comes the toilet paper bride Tessa.

Jodie with cutesy Daniel.

I hope I was able to bond with the kids enough.
Looking forward to beautiful friendships....
This is the start of the youth ministry.
