Worth - Solidarity Assembly

 Strength

- we are getting better at being a team

- we are always able to look at the positive side of things despite our mistakes

- team members are growing in skill

- we have our own individualities/uniqueness that widens our capacity/potential

- our strength is our people, our strength is also our uniqueness - ability to work together

- strength is having the time to process learnings together

Weakness

- lack of system - mon/tue to look for a solution

- don't know how to motivate/inspire titas - homework for solution

- knowing our roles - nagkanya-kanya - we don't double-check closely - know all details regardless of role as a solution

- we don't treat the titas as part of the team - they are just our staff with no decision-making skills - get to know them/have a relationship as a solution

Day and Knights

It's sad to see families breaking up to seek promises of a good and better life - I believe it's the same pattern of poverty

For judith it was a promise of security of a comfortable life and loyalty from a knight in shining armour

For alma it was a promise of security of love and attention of a knight in shining armour

I think this is the poverty of women in our society - the absence of security in our relationships - that's why we keep seeking for that perfect knight - but we all know it will never be perfect - so maybe it will have to be a decision to see that we are a sum of all our relationships - that maybe a subtraction of one can be an addition of another - and maybe at some point we will have to say it is enough - and maybe it will feel enough.

p.s. weird that both women are my exact same age
